DRK type air electric heater

1、 Overview

DRK air electric heater is a heat exchange device that converts electrical energy into thermal energy. It has the advantages of convenient energy supply, compact structure, automatic temperature control, easy installation and maintenance.

The DRK type electric heater consists of a heating device and a control system. Over the years, there have been significant improvements and advancements in the technology, production, quality, and management of electric heating.

2、 Mainlycharacteristic

1. The heating element adopts 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel seamless tube as the protective sleeve, and the internal heating element is composed of 0Cr27A17Mo2 high-temperature resistance alloy wire and crystalline magnesium oxide powder, which are formed after compression process. To ensure the service life of the heating element, the general service life is over 25000 hours within the rated temperature operating range.

2. The shell has high pressure resistance and low ventilation resistance.

3. The temperature measuring element adopts Pt100 (platinum thermistor), with a wide temperature measurement range (~200-400 ℃).

4. The control system or temperature control, regulation, thyristor triggering, etc. all use standard components, modular structure, and easy maintenance and replacement.
